I don't know how my health care team manages their busy days! I recently had my "wellness check up" and couldn't help but notice just how busy my team was but never heard a complaint. This is an incredible staff that hopefully, Jefferson-LVHN appreciates. Always a great experience. I have Dr Eromo and ive had Dr Peters once. Both amazing doctors. They listen to the patient, theyre ethical, professional, and you can tell they actually care. I feel blessed having them in my corner
I had a appointment Sept 20 3 pm left work early lost money thre rushed to get there so I would not be late to only sit in the room 35_40 minutes and she still did not come in I left these doctors think there time is only valuable not the patients and also I will not be paying that deductible either she can pay it bad enough I lost money to come there did not even get a call saying they were sorry nothing well I will be looking for a new doctor and it sure will not be here done with this place
Its impossible to get an appointment because no one picks up the phone. No one replies back if left a message on voicemail or mychart app. My husband has been trying schedule an appointment for 3 weeks and we end up going to urgent care but eventually we would like to talk his primary care in this facility because urgent care medication is not helping him. We will have to look for a different physician somewhere else soon. Its ridiculous for a healthcare facility to be this non functioning.
This place should truly be ashamed of themselves to be a medical practice. My grandmother has Parkinson’s disease and has been in pain and discomfort and no one will pick up the phone or even return her calls!! I’ve called several times for her as well and same results. Dr. Karama who is her PCP changed her medications without even consulting with my grandmother. This practice has the worst communication skills and shouldn’t even be operating.
