After being seen by the nurse practitioner, I was told to wait in the room and the nurse would be in with paperwork. I waited at least 15 minutes before going out to check on things. It was dark and there was only one lady at the check out desk. I told her I think they forgot about me. She looked up who I saw and said yes they did and that I didn’t need any paperwork. Was seen by Laura Carzado and she is an incredible practitioner. She is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, caring, and helpful. She didn't make me feel judged by the questions I had and didn't make me feel like I was a bother. She is overall the best practitioner I have seen at this location and I will continue to come back to this office just to be seen by her. The administrators at this location should feel lucky to have her working there because she is just an extremely professional provider.
I have been seen by Good Shepherd rehab for what I thought was planters fascitis. They asked me to see my Dr to get xrays. I went to the doctor's office and explained the situation to the sectary at the front desk. She told me a nurse would be with me shortly. I thought it was taking too long and checked at the front desk again. To my surprise the sectary who I spoke with left without telling me. I don't deal with incompetent people well.
