These people are thieves. I recently went for a preventative health checkup and the doctor asked if I wanted my anti-anxiety medication refilled and next thing you know I'm getting charged $50 for "additional work" during a preventative health visit. In New Jersey, where I moved from, I was never charged additionally to have my medication refilled. Overall the staff is fine at this location. Used to be a great place with nearly no issues. Has continually been going downhill ever since the big network took over. Anything other than a regular check up. Forget it. Just go right to urgent care or the ER. The Online Billing system is by far the worst I've ever dealt with. And now instead of being able to manually pay Bills (which actually works) I am forced to do it online and paperless. I've been coming here for years but recently with new people coming In these place is becoming a joke back in July they called and canceled my appointment never called to reschedule today I called to reschedule so I can get my meda refilled they had the nerve to tell Me I missed my appointment then I flipped this doctors office is going down hill
