My elderly mother had a 10am appnt, we arrived at 1012am, we are STILL here WAITING and it is 1142am. POOR PATIENT CARE!!!

This hospital, including the doctor and the staff, are not very communicative. They do not help patients the way they should. They are cold when communicating things, and as a patient, you do not feel protected. They do not support you the way they should.
