DO NOT GO HERE, BEWARE! I am sending this message about Dr. Alberts at LVPG Family Medicine in Middle Smithfield. I have been wondering what the $53 bill for my ANNUAL physical visit in October was for, and after speaking with the billing department and my insurance, it seems there is fraud going on. I called LVHN this morning after being notified from my insurance that this bill was because Dr. Alberts sent a bill in saying "we discussed further issues not classified with the appointment", which is false. Everyone was professional and phenomenal then I got a call back from Arlequin this morning checking up on me and taking care of other situations that would make my life easier. Thank you girls
Dr. Leah Arlequín is super nice and is always attentive to her patients. She makes you feel comfortable to speak with. My daughter opens up to her, which im grateful for because she's very shy. She's my daughters, my mother's and I doctor. The receptionist is also very kind and makes sure you're getting your appointments sorted out.
