Mr doc left to go with lvhn and I can’t even get in touch with him I get Allentown This is so impersonal and unprofessional
Not happy with the service, had an appointment no results shared so I sent an email asking. Finally recieved 2nd test, no test results called and shared so.i spoke to someone and had to ask about blood work result. Pharmacy called prescription was called in??? For what??? No.one called to tell me I needed a prescription or why it was being prescribed!!!! Asked to speak to the doctor was told "we dont do that!! Do what let the patient speak to the doctor??
I honestly don't know why Dr Beltre and their staff only have a 4.2 star rating. Dr Beltre and their staff are amazing! They are kind ,compassionate,and truly care about their patients. I would recommend them and have to anyone. I give them 5 stars! And I was very fortunate to have found Dr Beltre. It's hard to find Dr's like him. One's that truly care!
I just want to say the ladies at the front are accommodating and amazing ! And my girl Jaqueline D she is great!!! Appreciate the staff so much for always helping !! Ty !
Dr Beltre and everyone I've dealt with in the office has been amazing! After 40 years with the same Dr having to find a new one wasn't something I was looking forward to. Dr Beltre and his staff made it so easy and welcoming!
