It is extremely frustrating as a patient when you are lied to by a physician's office that they did something 3 times and didn't, find out on their 4th attempt they were doing it incorrectly and never submitted paperwork in the first place. Then you find out on the 5th and 6th attempts you were denied because paperwork wasn't filled out correctly. Does Lehigh Valley Health Network hire anyone regardless of needed skill set? Amazing Staff. Don't have to wait long to be seen, MAs are very polite and helpful, place always looks clean, front desk always finds a way to answer and help you with any question that you might have. Overall a pleasant experience.
First time visiting and had a great experience with Dr Balchune. The waiting room was cheerful, and the staff was pleasant. More to come..
