Hello, With all respect I am at my wits end with this practice. A month ago I made an appointment to see my provider for a medication to refilled that they have filled for me years before. The appointment for canceled on a Tuesday because the provider was sick. It was rescheduled that Thursday at 9:40 am. It is extremely frustrating as a patient when you are lied to by a physician's office that they did something 3 times and didn't, find out on their 4th attempt they were doing it incorrectly and never submitted paperwork in the first place. Then you find out on the 5th and 6th attempts you were denied because paperwork wasn't filled out correctly. Does Lehigh Valley Health Network hire anyone regardless of needed skill set?
