Schedule a video visit with Erin M Scholten, MD and waited for an hour, she never show up. Their staff make another appointment for us without our permission and send a letter that we missed appointment without cancellation. The service at Palmer Township are so bad!!
May change this review in future. But after speaking to the receptionist, they denied my referral from my LVHN doctor, saying that they don't treat endocrine disease or diagnoses except diabetes. Bad sign about their experience and makes you wonder about their credentials.
I have received absolutely wonderful care from LVHN Endocrinology. Dr. Homan is fantastic. He is caring, thorough, and listens to all your concerns. I really couldn't be more pleased.
