You show up for your appointment on time and sit there for over an hour before they see you for 5 minutes.
Dr. Pritchyk did my tonsillectomy, and he took great care of me!
CRNP Nadja was extremely rude, and disrespectful. I came in with my son for an appt which was at 1pm. We waited more than a hour to see the Dr. As we were waiting, my son had to use the bathroom. The bathroom was 2 feet away from our room. My son walked to the bathroom and came back. He did open and close the door a few times until I told him to stop. Dr. Pritchyk is the best ENT you'll find.
The level of compassion coming from the head management nurse at this establishment is atrocious, appalling and disgusting. My experience here was excellent until today. This individual triggered unnecessary emotional distress. After explaining my current headspace at that point due to the sudden death of a loved one. The head management nurse I spoke to was cold, uncaring and dismissive of the situation while stressing the time of arrival in which half of it was spent waiting to be seen by her.
