So much to say but I'll keep it short... I wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone. Years ago I gave Dr Malik a shot... Guy is clueless and if you Google him and look at his reviews... They are completely accurate, the worst physician I've ever encountered. I then gave Dr Olsteen a shot... While he's personable, in the end... Same disappointment. I've been treated by Breanna the PA here and she has been fantastic. My only issue is it seems to take a little while to get a call back
After weeks of pleading with this office to establish a treatment plan for me for my ear infection, they scheduled me a follow up visit with a throat specialist who could not answer any questions about my ear. I have lost all of the cartilage in my tragus, partial hearing and cannot follow up with an actual ear doctor for at least 2 more weeks because they billed my insurance for an ENT. Honestly negligent.
I was sent here as a referral and I found the staff to be uneducated and rude. While I was fine with the doctor deciding not to do a scope he was so quick to get me out of his office i had to request he actually look at ENT. He did not review any of my chart as to why I was even sent to him. The office also had no clue how to provide a work note.
Don’t go here unless you want to be judged by your pain like I was. From the minute the doctor walked in the room I could tell he had a problem with me for whatever reason and did not want to get to the underlying basis of my issues. Ended up leaving. Not friendly
