Amelia Kuhns, the Audiologist, and the medical assistant were very friendly and efficient. They all treated my child as an individual and made her comfortable. The woman at checkout seemed a little bothered but quick interaction nonetheless.

Holly was Great, she was so thorough and took as much time as I needed, more than all the Doctors I’ve seen in the past 2.5 months for my ailment. Definitely recommend Holly A. Gawel to anyone.

I love that Lehigh Valley health network is growing and expanding, however, I'm starting to see a decline in quality of care. I try to understand and be patient with how busy the medical staff is, but when calls/messages don't get relayed or returned, or you get treated with rude attitudes, it does tend to get aggravating. Quality of care and basic respect of others can really go a long way in this field, but unfortunately it seems as if LVHN keeps straying further from those values.

Doctors are very nice. I've been dealing with an "ear infection" for over a year through multiple specialists. I was tired of the doctors telling me that it's exama when my ears were swollen, and draining. The doctor once again believed it was exama sending me on my way. I went to their urgent care by accident for a follow up. The amazing doctor IMMEDIATELY recognized that it was a very bad fungal infection. The doctors here are great, but two days in a row calls regarding how to manage pain from a migrating septal splint went un-returned. That's a serious issue when people need to speak to a doctor, pa or nurse and the reception staff can't even deliver or return a message.
