Excellent doctors, horrible office staff. I called 5-14-25 to make an appointment. The woman who answered the phone rushed me and twice tried to finish my sentence instead of just letting me talk and explain why I was calling. Then she tells me I need to talk to “downstairs” and that I got the wrong option, I attempt to tell her I didn’t hit anything I called the number they left on my voicemail and got connected to her, then she just yells I’ll transfer the call and hangs up on me.
