Ordered a gift for a child at Queenslands Children Hospital - child in ICU. The driver tried to deliver and called me as they did not take deliveries (they have to head to the patient’s room). When I found out the room, he went upstairs but that levels reception was closed. He then left the gift without letting me know and no one knew where it was until I followed up. No care was shown even knowing this was for a very sick child. Text response had no empathy. Won’t use again.
