I recently just joined and Sophie the owner has been great. She answered all my many many questions promptly. If you like a more intimate non-intimidating setting to work out in, this is the place for you. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. I can’t wait to get into shape and knock off the pounds here.
Some gyms are intimidating - not this one! Very professional and friendly crew. Sign me up!! Richard
