I attended this group fitness class for the first time this morning. I arrived about five minutes late because it was difficult to find the location, and by the time I came in, the class had already started. The instructor was explaining movements that were shown on the screen, but since I was new and missed the initial instructions, I was completely lost. Best all around work out where I have seen consistent improvement in muscle gain and fat loss. Staff is amazing and always available to help you understand each workout. Love working out here!
Hands down (or up) LVL UP is the best gym in Boca. Coach Tyler and the rest of the staff are amazing. The workouts are designed for all fitness levels and the gym definitely has a friendly, welcoming vibe to it!
I have been working out at LevelUp consistently 4 times per week for the past 3 months. It has been life changing for me. I previously never had a consistent workout routine that checked all the boxes for me. I could never have imagined that I could do any of these types of workouts, but LevelUp made it possible.
