Have been here a few times but my last visit they are trying to bill me $965 for 1 20-minute PT session. Billing customer service has been no help and they will not provide an itemized bill, nor is it available on their website. I have a dispute in with my health insurance now and will see what happens.
This review is specifically regarding the PT “Ben”… Marta and the guy that sits at front desk are amazing and their personality are very welcoming and the only reason I stay coming back. The Pt himself Ben is always unprepared for your session. I’ve been going there consistently for 4 months now and he STILL asks me which wrist we are working with EVERY time. He never remembers what homework he assigned me or what we did last time and is always asking questions we went over the time before or id tell him things and the next ... read more

I always had a great experience with my rehab at this place. Water therapy seems to have hired a new staf who is arrogant and somewhat biased.
