My husband was on the 7th floor rehab. They treated him with so much dignity. He was paralyzed by a stroke. They took care of his every need, they would cut up his food and feed him. Made sure he was clean. The nurses were very attentive to all his needs. He too received heparin injection's and yes he did bruise, but almost everyone I know gets bruising after them. Same thing happened to me they would leave me on the bed pan with a total hip replacement. When they took my blood sugar they would leave the garbage right there next to my food. In addition I was getting Heparin shots and with that particular medicine and area that you have to give the shot, a nurse had to put it in very slowly if they didn't it wouldn't leave a black and blue. I had many nurses that didn't put it in slowly like they were supposed to. But, it all depended on the shift, for instance, day shift was very good,... read more

My father was not taken care of he could not wipe himself and had a terrible rash. The workers were supposed to be caring for him. Complete abuse of the elderly
