everyone was super nice. the PA was very kind and empathetic. except the nurse claimed that because l jumped [it was a reflex not on purpose] whilst giving me a shot today that "l almost made her stick herself with the needle" really made me feel uncomfortable. I felt that was very unprofessional of her to blame me like that. there's protocols for that type of thing. she needs re training.

I highly recommend this office. The staff are caring and compassionate. Everyone takes the time to really listen and provide exceptional care.
Literally the only emergency care place I go to. I'm a teacher and the kids are always getting sick, so that means I do too. They're always fast, always courteous, and I always get better. They make sure to take their time to ask me questions, nurse or doctor. I'm suprised at the few low reviews. I've had nothing but positive remarks. I had refused to go for a 3 week period a few months ago and started coughing up flegm like I've never seen before, hard and gray/green, to point I was almost choking.
