We had a great experience here today. Came with my sick 8yo son (we are here on vacation from California). The check in/registration process was easy and quick. We were called back efficiently and the MA was wonderful. PA Friendy was friendly and thorough. He explained everything very well. Our chest X-ray and nebulizer were provided very quickly. I felt well taken care of and that we had a good evaluation and plan for my son.

I honestly hate making poor reviews but this was the most awful experience I have ever had at a healthcare facility. I scheduled an appointment here since my normal PCP wasn’t available. I am pregnant and have been battling a sinus infection for over a month. I waited in line with 5 other people for just shy of an hour just to check in. Other workers walked by and never questioned why so many people were standing in line to check in. Front desk check in was okay we were only people there nurse nurse only brought out wheelchair after asking then made me push wheelchair around facility I did tell the on call doctor about it who seemed very upset that he did not push patient around facility since they are insured for that not me and this was a visit where I took my father

lady receptionist is so so nice. that's the only upside. if you want empathy or compassion. or just to be listened to without judgement. this isn't the place.
