Scheduled a visit and got a call just as I was heading out the door. The woman basically said that they wouldn't be able to do anything other than provide a recommendation for a dermatologist and it may not even matter for my health ins. This was a first time visit. I went to “ Urgent care” feeling very sick, The nurse practitioner was completely unavailable to help me with my symptoms. She asked me if I wanted to be tested for Covid? She said that was my choice to be tested, really ? she described as part of the after summary that my stomach was soft, when she didn’t even asked me or checked my stomach, no sore throat? Yes! I came in with poison ivy issues, and from initial check-in Miss Constance was very polite, and helped me check in, nurse Dawn was also very nice. Had a great sense of humor and made me feel a little less anxious and finally dr. Kristi kardos Entered the room quickly. Was very polite. Not worth waisting your money going here. There zero medical attention, all they want to do is send you to the er. Horrible experience and will never go back.
Very unsympathetic. Came in with major pain. Basically was upset that I was there and said nothing they can do. Physician Assistant never even came back in to discuss anything. Said she would check on something then never came back and sent in the med assistant with discharge papers and gave me a prescription for an OTC medication. Very rude. I have been in a lot of pain. They didn’t even look at the area that had the pain.
