Ignorant front desk ladies were too lazy to do my physical when they were the least busy I’ve ever seen. They eventually grabbed someone to talk to me and starts the conversation in a bad tone asking what’s my problem? Then they proceed to send me to a location that will do it. Just to drive all the way there and find out they don’t do it. Terrible experience. You sit at a desk all day to help people and refuse to help.
The staff here was very courteous and professional. The nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable and efficient. The care that I received was exceptional. After having very negative experiences at other urgent care facilities, I was very reluctant to visit. The outcome of my treatment was very positive and I will definitely return should the need arise.
Tonight I tried to call the express care to see if I can take zertec with predisone. No one answered as I called cvs I started developing a red rash on my cheeks and cvs told me to go to my doctor before I take the zertec so I did what was told as it could of been a reaction to the predisone. Well I went in and the doctor that came in was pretty rude and told me she wasn't trying to be a hard ball but what am I here for? i said the rash but all I was trying to do is see if i can mix predizone with zertec to relieve the sympt... read more

I had a great experience, the nurse/MA that brought me in was very kind. The PA I saw was very knowledgeable, caring and thorough. I was able to get a chest X-ray on site. I was absolutely go here again if needed and would recommend to anyone. Having to wait at an urgent care is to be expected, you are at a walk in facility without an appointment, although my wait time was very reasonable. I was in and back out in 2 hours, can’t ask for better than that!
