I usually frequent St. Luke’s, but I was in the area with my family when we noticed my son had a sort of rash. There was no one else there and we were seen quickly, but the doctor clearly did not care to actually diagnose him properly. We were told it was a heat rash and that the sores on my son “could be eczema”. Turns out, it’s hand foot mouth disease which is HIGHLY contagious. Now I am sick as well. This place is great and has given me peace of mind living close by
If I could give it a 0 I would! How does an express care close early on a holiday. It’s a hospital and should be open regular hours. Ridiculous. I called a lady picks up and is rude as hell and says well it’s a holiday new year eve isn’t a holiday New Year’s Day is a holiday. If I worked my regular shift so should health care be open and available to us. If you don’t want to work then don’t choose healthcare as your career. Crazy.
Great experience absolutely wonderful environment
I prefer to drive further for this urgent care than go to the other LVHN urgent care that’s near my house. The team here is amazing and so professional. I never felt judged by them in fact they can always relate with you and have made me feel at ease by the end of each visit.
