I was highly unsatisfied with my experience with the Waves Program for pregnant and postpartum women struggling with mental health. The program instructs clients to log in 15 minutes early for their appointments, which I did. I rearranged my work schedule to make sure I was not only on time, but early. However, I waited 25 minutes before the therapist logged on. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the delay.
