Excellent service
Denise Cortes does a great job running a quality lab! They work hard to get a quality product out to you. Zirconia crowns are very lifelike. Cast crowns are well made. Have used them for about 8 years. A few thousand crowns later, I still send to them.
I work for a Dental Office and we have been sending about 20 to 30 crowns a month to this lab and due to an invoice being late by mail they held our cases and placed them on COD. Richard their accounting managers response to me when I stated we will not be using them was Oh well! Customer Service at it's WORST!!!!!!!!
We have been using LVDDS for years now. Lauren answered my call today and did a lovely job helping me schedule a pick up for today asap!! Do not even need to wait more then 2 hours. Thanks for the great service.
Great workmanship on the crowns ordered and awesome customer service. Randy's attention to detail and professionalism are top notch. Reasonable pricing is the icing on the cake. Definitely recommend.
