The office is absolutely beautiful and my facial was awesome. I was quoted 70 dollars on Facebook, the aesthetician said for her to include my neck as well it would be 119 so I said okay to that. After my facial, I was told I was very lucky to have this other lady come into the room to sell me thousands of dollars in packages. Facial experience was terrible- first my appointment was at 4:30 and they took me in at 4:45 while the esthetician was just hanging around front desk/ she did not even clean my face properly and applied vitamin C mask for only 2min / could not find the plug/ kept leaving the room for hot towel and other people were opening the door during session. I paid $2,000 plus an additional $89.00 I had to make payments on this finally paid it off and added on additional interest charges. I've only been there once. I have reached out several times regarding my services and have not heard from anybody. I really would like to figure out what's going on. And why won't you get back to me by email and or phone.
Julia is the best esthetician. She’s very thorough and she takes her time explaining what products to use on your skin. Everyone at the salon is very polite and helpful. I love coming here and would recommend anyone looking for good skincare should try Elevation.
When I tell you. I'm so in love with this place. Everyone are so nice and welcoming. The place looks luxurious and the treatments works. I came in with my waistline, at 38.6 inches, I have done 3 sessions so far. I have 8 in total, and I'm already down 36.7 inches on my waist. When I tell you all I am highly pleased with my results. And I want to thank Tracy for being the best person I have ever met. She's amazing
