I paid a significant amount for this service, but experienced constant inconsistency and poor communication. My original consultant disappeared, aestheticians were changed last minute, and staff seemed unprepared. One provider was excellent, but due to the lack of continuity (supposedly she retired within a month of me visiting. It seemed awkward that I didn’t get a heads up on that. )I didn’t complete the services purchased and won’t return.
I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. They are SCAMMERS! After signing up for a package of over $4000 and receiving only 3 treatments I was diagnosed with a skin lymphoma. They refused to refund the money for future un provided treatments. I called several times to explain the situation that it was through no fault of mine but was kept on hold for excessively long periods, never received return phone calls or email responses.
