AWFUL SERVICE DO NOT USE!!!!! When you call to complain that they’ve come out one time, they hang up on you and then don’t answer. Do not use this company it is god awful and unprofessional!!!!!!
My son and his family moved into one of L.V.s rental properties in May. Broken stove and fridge. Replacement stove left on porch uninstalled and no fridge. Very unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend this company
My niece is living at one of this guys houses, she asked him to fix necessity appliances and was asked to get out. My niece is already going through a lot with a separation and being on her own renting from a slum lord when she had been used to paying a mortgage and having a working kitchen.... my niece takes good care of her kids and has been stressed to the max going out to eat due to not having a working kitchen.
unprofessional is an understatement, I heard this man curse my mom out and his office lady texts my mom telling us we have to get out after we just moved in and I got all new stuff for my new room and mom got the house fixed up and all she was asking for was working kitchen so she can cook home meals for us like she has all our lives... I would not recommend u rent from this guy unless u wanna live like a squatter with no kitchen appliances working... even the existing dish washer has a stench and just takes up space how dar... read more
