I love this place for pedicures, no matter which nail tech you get when you walk in it’s totally amazing! Absolutely love the sugar scrub, fresh citrus, massage and hot towels. My only complaint is that not everyone is great at doing nail sets. I used to frequent here a lot. After a few failures, I found a nail tech that I felt was my perfect match! I recently moved to the area and tried this salon for the first time. I came in for a fill, as I regularly keep up with my nails. Within an hour of leaving, one nail popped clean off. I went back the next day and was told it would be a 20-minute wait for one repair, but I had to leave and planned to return. The following day, another nail began lifting. When I came back, the owner told me I actually needed a new set—not a fill. This was never communicated to me during my appointment. I explained that I had just paid $60 for ... read more

Last month, the two nail techs that did my pedicure and manicure were rough, hurt my cuticles, left my pedicure with bumps and still were rude. Today, I decided to go back for a manicure since I've been a long time customer. I waited for an hour to get a manicure and they put other customers that arrived after me.
