I just love this place. I have been getting my nails done for over 30 years from Pennsylvania and here in Florida. All the staff is extremely friendly and go out of their way to accommodate you, offering you water, etc. Anything that you might need. Personally, I have one individual by the name of Henry of whom I always go to. He is funny, full of life and an expert at doing nails. This place SUCKSSSS and is super dirty! Save yourself and don’t go.
This place was not busy and I understood why once I asked for service. It is not the cleanest place one would expected. The staff was extremely rude and pushy in a disrespectful way. Never again will I get service here.
If I could give zero starts I would. I asked if they offered brow tint and they stated yes. As they are completing the process, my brow is burning. I immediately ask for the mirror to realize my brow has swollen, they argued with me. Lisa kept stating she does a lot of eyebrows and no one ever tried to apologize or acknowledge they did something wrong. I was disregarded and the experience was terrible.
