To start off, Jenny is absolutely amazing. The first time I came to LV nails i was randomly put with Jenny. Since then, i have never gone to anyone else. My nails have never lifted, cracked, chipped, not even when i had left them on for 5 weeks! Jenny is very precise, kind, and she goes above and beyond for her clients. I do dip on my nails and she always does a tester on a nail tip to make sure i like the color i am chosing, as sometimes dip powder can appear differently once it is on the nail. I left my regular nail salon and switched over to this one after my friend took me I love it so much. Everyone is so nice, professional, and talented. The times it's been a long wait they apologized profusely and it was obviously an off day for them. Even when my shellac started bubbling and peeling after a week they fixed it for $5 which I felt was beyond reasonable.
