I never leave bad reviews, but this had to be the worst pedicure experience I've had so far. The person I was placed with was definitely new, which is okay, everyone needs to learn. However both of the other workers were watching for over two hours with concerning looks, making faces as they walked by, and even made comments. I would like to share my experience in hopes that it helps improve the quality of service provided. Unfortunately, my visit was very disappointing. From the beginning, the service felt rushed, and the technician who performed my nails did not appear to take pride in his work. I felt uncomfortable here and over charged for the service that I actually received. Nail tech did not speak to me except to say “don’t worry we’re not talking shit about you” in reference to him and the other nail techs chatting, laughing together, the 2 hours I spent here. It cost $150 (with $30 tip). He hardly used any lotion for the massage and the massage was so short, the polish is already chipping, and wasn’t painted well.
