I was in for a fill today at 6pm. Had a dip and went to powder over natural nails as mine are thin and need something to protect them. I had concern with the only thing that sticks to my nails is dip and they assured me if they lift to come back for the dip. Great experience. I was there when the tv was on and never heard any profanity at all When they are involved in doing the nail service the background noise gets tuned out. Omg as a child and a Christian they play music thet has cussing in it
I had broken a nail and am from out of town. I made an appointment. I told them that I knew it wouldn’t match, but they refused to help me. I couldn’t believe that he told me to go somewhere else. It felt like a surreal experience. There may have been a cultural divide with understanding but it was the most rude and terrible customer service. I left in disbelief and tears. Go somewhere that likes money.
An awful experience. Went for pedicure with daughter's and grand daughter. The tech hurt my granddaughter by cutting her, when clipping her toenails too close and it was bleeding. The tech tried to make light of it, like it was her fault. And my tech clipping my toenails, cut my skin and it was bleeding. The nail polish they have goes on in globs. Its not smooth. We were there over 2 hrs. The owner was micro managing a female worker the whole time we were there. This was a horrible experience. Will never go back.
Went and got a fill today over half of my nails are crooked. My cuticles covered in acrylic and paint photos for proof very sad because I went and got a pedicure this last Sunday and that was fantastic. Went and got my fill today zero out of 100.
