I have been using them for 1 year now! Absolutely love it! Henry does awesome work. Shellac is a great polish and doesn't come off! I go every 2 wks!
The work was great and the customer service was awesome. I brought my family to get mani and pedis. The whole staff was awesome plus they put something on to keep my kids entertained. I will definitely be returning!
In the beginning I thought when management changed the service would get better.Now that business has picked up ,customer service is out the window.I have been there several times and I feel like Henry has choosen the White customers first everytime.He is talented but customer service goes a long way.I don"t ask for discounts or any favors.BBB here I come.I am a military spouse.Word of mouth will DESTROY a business.
Went to LV nails with my 4 daughters yesterday. We had 4 Works pedicures. We were disappointed with the hurried pace - little massaging, paraffin wax hadnt even set up before they removed it0 And the paint on our nails - aside from two designs- was poorly applied ie: its all over our cuticles and is chipping already today. UNLESS I receive a refund I will never return.
Soooo I stopped by a while back for some eyelashes! They have large sign flashing saying eyelashes $20! So I walked in and asked to have my lashes done. There were about 5 people working, and they all looked at me like a from another planet when I asked to have my lashes done. They told me they don't do eyelashes here and they never have. So I asked why the sign is out there..... He told me... They have a sign out there because it draws people to their shop... Ummm B please! Ridiculous!
