I’ve been to LV nail spa a bunch of times and I’ve never been disappointed. All the techs there are great. My personal favs are Kevin and Sophia—their attention to detail is always spot on. You can tell they care about their work.
My significant other came here to get her nails done. A Tech named Katie did her nails over the course of 2 very uncomfortable hours. The design looked nothing like what was wanted or promised. If the tech is too inexperienced to do the design, they should say that. Very unhappy with her nails, we call the nail salon and ask for a refund and are refused. Jolene at LV Nail Spa is THE best! I especially appreciate her attention to detail when shaping and detailing, and my liquid gel nails always look perfect! She goes above and beyond to make sure I get to relax and am happy with my service. 10/10.
Hailey at the harmony location did an amazing job with my girlfriends french tips, she was super attentive to detail and super friendly!
