Terrible. First time here, and will not be back. Will refer others elsewhere as well. Wanted to walk out after they started, and they tried to remedy the situation, but I should’ve just left after my first thought of doing so. The whole application, and end result looks sloppy, and ugly!! Waste of time & money!!!!
I recently visited this nail salon for the first time, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The person who did my pedicure was inattentive, and she actually hurt me while filing my toes. To make matters worse, she took a personal call and was watching Netflix on her phone throughout the process, which felt very unprofessional. I also found it frustrating that they charged an extra fee just to have my heels scrubbed and dead skin removed – something that should have been included in a standard pedicure.
