I would not recommend anyone to go here I am currently in court with them they sold me a car for 4500 and 1 week later I started to have issues Richard told me he would give me a warranty and told me what parts he had changed when I brought the vehicle in for a diagnosis at a professional shop they told me the car should of never left the lot it is horrible they refuse to give me my money back and fix any more work they even tried to fight my boyfriend when he came to the shop Lowell and Richard even changed the bill of sale... read more
Lowell sold me a car that to him was in perfect condition and he lied not even two days of finally getting the truck my check engine light came on then I went to put gas in the car and my car wouldn’t start told him and he said oh the fuel pump my mechanic is going to fix it and he lied he waited to get his money and now not answering none of my calls or texts he is a bad business man my struts are bad my tie rods are bad my fuel pump is bad he said new brakes and rotors were done he lied about that the only thing he did fix... read more
Bought a car from them and not even four days later it was broke down so they fixed that problem one week later the transmission is not working I have a 30 warranty and he refuses to fix told me to take it to a mechanic and I have to pay for it he refuses to give me my money back now I’m stuck with a car that can’t even move bad business Lowell is bad business man
Very unprofessional! Went to the one on 5th Ave in Lansingburgh early having an appt for tints, and they took an entire day with it. Then the tints weren’t as I expected so when I went back they wouldn’t open the doors and blocked my number. Never was able to get ahold of anyone since.
Great and quick service. Reasonable pricing snd will definitely be back
