I went to Tiffany for an eyebrow mapping and wax. This was my first time at this business. I came in because my eyebrows had become a little bit uneven. However, after getting the eyebrow waxing done here, I walked out with more uneven eyebrows done before. I called Tiffany back and she said this was the best she could do. I’m so confused as to how someone can make eyebrows worse than before. Wouldn’t recommend.

I went in for a brow lamination just needing a little cleanup and a nice shape, since my brows had no issues before. The first two days looked fine, but after that, the lamination made my brows look uneven, messy, and honestly worse than before I had the service done. I reached out about the problem, but they weren’t willing to fix it or help in any way. I’m really disappointed because I expected a professional result and better customer care.
