Dr Thao has been my regular dentist for a while, and she’s always been wonderful — patient, caring, and thorough. When she wasn’t available, I saw Dr James, who was equally professional and explained everything clearly. Couldn’t recommend them both enough!
I’ve been going to LV dental since 2021 and they always do a fabulous job. They take the time to properly assess and clean plaque from under my retainer which seems to accumulate a lot. They have a fabulous new clinic with all the best diagnostic equipment including digital x rays. Straight forward good service. I travel specifically to come back here.
I called to reschedule my appointment, and Ryan assured me over the phone that it was successfully rescheduled — even mentioning he was doing it after hours while “doing admin.” When the day came, I showed up only to be told I had no appointment booked at all. The new time I was given was already inconvenient (3:45 PM), but I accepted it because I was told that was the only slot available.
