I cannot say enough amazing things about LØV Bridal & Sartorial and especially Katie. After having a less-than-great experience at another bridal store the day before, I was honestly nervous that bridal appointments were going to feel stressful, awkward, or overly formal. Had a good appointment, but after that there was no communication. I had to reach out to find out about a situation that had pushed the shipping date back for my dress. Then they told me that it was supposed to ship on a certain date and they will getting me the tracking number but still haven't heard anything and I was the one who had to reach out again. Very upset that this is the customer service when they are dealing with my wedding dress.

I can’t express enough how amazing my experience was. The consultant was wonderful, the boutique was clean, cute, and welcoming (it also smelled amazing in there!). She listened to what I wanted and put me in exactly that. The prices were very reasonable (with how aesthetic the place was, we were expecting high priced but it was just the opposite). If there is something you want changed on the dress, consider it done because she will make sure it’s exactly what you’re envisioning. 12/10 experience!

I cannot recommend Lov Bridal Sartorial more. Katie did a fabulous job fitting me with dresses and having never tried on wedding dress before she made me feel very comfortable in her store. The attention to detail from the decor, snacks, music, and dressing rooms are all impeccable. I could not have asked for a better experience. Every other dress I tried on at other shops I went to felt cheap in comparison, while the dresses were all around the same price range. I had such a wonderful experience finding my wedding dress at Lov Bridal! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt so personal and intimate - it truly made the process feel special and relaxed. Katie was a dream to work with and helped me to envision and create the most perfect personalized dress for me!
