THIS OFFICE IS INSANE ONE THING, SHE WILL GET YOU TO THE SPECIALIST YOU NEED... THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY TELL AND HANG UP ON YOU. MOST PATIENTS CONTINUE BECAUSE IT IS HARD TO GET INTO ANOTHER DR RIGHT AWAY. I AM RETIRING D PRACTICE AND THIS DR. I HAVE GIVEN THEM MORE THAN ENOUGH CHANCES TO REDEEM THEMSELVES AS PROFESSIONALS, THE ARE THE WORST. I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS AND SHE STILL HAD HER LICENSE. I'M FED UP.

Doctor Monticello and her team are amazing. I've been going there for years and unlike almost all of the pcp's I've had appointments with in the 2000s, when you have an appointment you actually talk to her, the doctor NOT a nurse practitioner or physician's assistant.

This doctor is very rude. There is a pandemic going on & we asked her to please show valid negative covid test results but instead she raised her voice, cursed at us, yelled no, & then proceeded to go and check on her elderly & high risk-patients. VERY NASTY ATTITUDE does not care about other people. Sorry to anyone who has her as a primary care provider.

While Dr. Montecillo is a very bright person, I would advise that you go elsewhere for medical care. She always seems to interrupt patients, myself included, and seems to lack empathy (which is a pretty awful when it comes to this line of work). She was able to send me to specialists that solved my issues, but that's the only good that seems to have come out of being one of her patients. Again, highly advise against going here -- there are much better options in Los Angeles
