After significant damage in the Easter 2020 tornado, we have been very pleased with the handling of our claims. We had two vehicle, homeowner and an RV claim. From our local agency to the people in MO, everyone has been wonderful. I do believe the proof is in how the claims are handled. I have heard many others in our area having problems with getting their claims handled, that is sad and uncalled for.
