I was in the car when my mum was trying to get information about the flowers she ordered for her mum, the way the owner spoke to my mum was with such attitude, it was absolutely awful.
We had the best experience using Luzette Florist for my husbands boutonnière for our elopement. We called at 9am and asked if we could pop by once they opened to get this sorted before our elopement the next day (we were from interstate so we just needed the boutonnière. Both the owners were more than happy to help us and do it right on the spot. We appreciated it so much. It turned out beautifully and lasted wonderfully for the elopement the next day. Couldn't recommend them enough (they are lovely people too). Thank you!!
Absolutely beautiful service from Luzette! Despite a mix-up with part of my Valentine’s Day order, she went above and beyond out of hours to personally deliver the rest with the loveliest smile.
