Dr S is always amazing. Not only does she know my history but she really listens and talks with me (not at me).
Dr Serrano is very knowledgeable as well as personable. She is an excellent diagnostician and listens with empathy. I love that she sees me as a whole person not just a symptom. Love you Dr Serrano!
When I asked for an appointment they found a way to get me in very quickly and really listened to my concerns. She's my favorite doctor. I recommend her to everyone.
I love Dr Serrano! She is an amazing Provider and a great listener. I hate the new AI function of scheduling that Intermountain health uses now. I scheduled the wrong kind of appointment because as much as I tried I could not get to a person. Very annoying!
