Great experience each time getting all the medspa treatments over the last year. The staff are great- professional, approachable and fun. They are knowledgable and I’ve gotten the greatest results.
I bought the 6 month skincare membership and did 4 rounds of microneedling (one with prf ez gel), and 2 laser facials. I had a great experience. I never left with any bruising and the microneedling evened out my complexion. I had hoped for a bit more skin tightening but I imagine stronger laser treatments might be a better option for that. I love coming here! Everyone is so friendly and accommodating, they really make you feel comfortable during all treatments. I did a couple sessions of microneedling with Eliana and my skin is already looking so much better. She’s the best !! Can’t wait to go back
I had an extremely unpleasant and uncomfortable experience at Luz Lounge. I had purchased a package in advance, but when I arrived for my appointment and was already inside, my card unexpectedly declined for the package. I went ahead with my appointment, but during my laser session—while I was undressed—the front desk lady walked into the room twice. Both times, she was on the phone with the manager, Patty.
