My Mom passed away this year & was buried next to her husband at Fox Hill. A Billerica monument company had done the stone in 2017 & 6 months after they added Moms name the vase on her side fell off. I contacted the company & was told it would be repaired in 2 weeks as employees sick. 4 weeks later was told family emergency kept the repair from being completed. I recently had a gravestone done for my parents that needed to mounted to a pre-existing stone. Luz granite created a beautiful stone that integrated nicely with the existing one. I was shocked at how quickly they were able to finish it. The whole experience was very impressive.
It was a horrific time for me when I lost my son. From the 1st moment we met Chip he had our trust. He guided my daughter and I through the process with warmth, understanding and caring.
