Terrible service, awful experience, rude service, never answer phone, you have to wait forever, and they only prescribe non working medicines
Long wait times. Usually my daughter is not seen by Dr. Tristan but by the nurse practitioner. Once you are moved to the room, it seems they are there with you less than 5 minutes. So I dont understand why there is long wait times when you are scheduled for an appointment at a certain time, and then are seen for 5 mins. If you need to reschedule.. most likely wont have anything available until 4 or 5 months from now.
The waiting is horrible. They book what seems like 5 kids at once. The waiting time even with an appointment has never been less than an hour. It's really sad. Very nice doctor...that's when you finally get in and your kids are now having bad attitudes from waiting so long.
