Absolutely the best. Nezar called ahead and arrived early, much to our delight, loaded all our luggage, and delivered us safely and in comfort to Jacksonville International Airport. Definitely 5 Stars! We will use LUXY again.
Edited: My family recently used Luxy for rides to Logan airport at the start of a trip and then again back home afterwards, specifically because we saw they could provide a car seat. Unfortunately, on the drive back home from the airport, they failed to provide the car seat. We were very unhappy about this. Fortunately, we made it home safely and Luxy provided a good customer service experience with a refund and appropriate apology. My family recently used Luxy for rides to Logan airport at the start of a trip and then again back home afterwards. While the rides and drivers were perfectly fine and lovely, and I was pleased that they made adjustments when our departing flight was delayed and our return flight arrived early, they did a bad job with providing the car seat for our toddler. I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Luxy. I pre-booked an airport ride with a car seat for a 6:30am pickup ahead of Christmas travel. I received a text from the driver at 6:25am that he was "gonna" be 20 minutes late without any explanation or proposed solution. I called customer service to try and find an alternative solution; because we needed the car seat, there weren't other options but to wait. I was assured that the driver would arrive by 6:45am.
