Shalini was amazing! She was not on time, she was early! It was an awesome surprise considering I was able to disembark earlier than planned. Shalini kept in touch with me from the first minute when I texted to say I was off the ship. When she arrived, she was friendly & professional. The ride wasn’t awkward as she asked me about my trip, my family. It was a very pleasant ride. I would highly recommend her to any of my friends and family. 5 stars across the board!
