We had a fantastic experience with LUXY Ride! The service was professional, punctual, and seamless from start to finish. A special shoutout to our driver, Sarabjit Singh, who was incredibly courteous, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our ride a great experience. We would absolutely use LUXY Ride again and request Sarabjit whenever possible!

I highly recommend LUXY Car Service for professional transportation services. I worked directly with Ahmed to coordinate 20 separate car rides over three days, and he was exceptionally professional, detail-oriented, organized, and a pleasure to work with. This is for St. Louis area families traveling with children who need car seats. I was traveling with my two children (2 and 7 months) and needed a forward facing toddler seat and an infant seat, which I had on my reservation. When my driver arrived she had a booster seat - NOT a forward facing toddler seat, and a very old infant car seat that did not tighten properly. This is unacceptable and a huge safety risk. I wanted other families to be aware.
