This is for St. Louis area families traveling with children who need car seats. I was traveling with my two children (2 and 7 months) and needed a forward facing toddler seat and an infant seat, which I had on my reservation. When my driver arrived she had a booster seat - NOT a forward facing toddler seat, and a very old infant car seat that did not tighten properly. This is unacceptable and a huge safety risk. I wanted other families to be aware.

Booked a ride from Providence RI airport to Plymouth. Driver texted me and was waiting for me. Excellent driver; lovely vechile.
Communication with LUXY was excellent throughout from reservation to pickup. Our driver, Vasyl, was personable and was waiting for us at ORD within moments of notification. Pricing competitive as well. Will use regularly in the future!
