Poor customer service when flights are cancelled within 3 hours of your ride. No refund even when paying for the cancel insurance.

I used their service first time. I can’t thank them enough for the constant communication even after my flight was delayed 8 hours from Boston to NY. Great service and very friendly team. I will definitely will be be using them going forward.

Last-minute transportation from JFK to a neighboring state was handled perfectly. Our driver, Paul, was extremely helpful and friendly, and he ensured our arrival was accounted for despite our early flight arrival. The vehicle was also very comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend this service for future transportation needs.
