Used them a total of 3 times either picked up or dropped off at Newark airport. First 2 times were not the best. I was riding with my husband who had booked the ride. I felt as if they didn’t want to engage with me or even acknowledge me and just wanted to speak to my husband. While we were driven through a not so great part of Newark the driver was telling whomever on the phone was saying our flight was late and was now late for his other trips. I booked Luxy Ride for a round trip service, from the airport to the cruise port and return from the port to the airport. The service provided was seamless… very smooth and the drivers for both trips were on time and both drivers had great communication with me!!! I will definitely use this service again in the future and highly recommend!!
Wonderful experience! Was picked up from EWR airport and driven to my destination Upstate NY/Catskills. Driver was very nice, nicely dressed, and car was super clean. I would use them again 😀
