If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Totally unprofessional and honestly not that great. They wanted me to come in at a later time and kept asking why I wasn’t answering their calls (I didn’t receive any & showed them that) When I walked I sat down immediately and they started so why are you calling me to begin with to come in later?? I’ve been going to Luxy Nails for years and I absolutely love them! John, Stephanie, Hang, Kevin, and Hailey all do an amazing job every time. They truly treat you like family and always do their best to get me in, even when I need something last minute. The quality of their work is consistently great and their pricing is very reasonable. Oh my gosh. Thank y’all so much - I came in thinking I had a lot more time for my appointment but had to rush off to work unexpectedly. Stephanie and her team did everything in their power to work quickly and efficiently. They still made my nails look so great even under the added time constraints. They didn’t make me feel badly about it or anything, just told me they’d make it work - and they did! Thank you guys, I’ll be back!
Luxy nails is my favorite nail salon I’ve been going here for years now and no matter who I get , they always do a flawless job .they’re all amazing. I would give this place 1000 stars if I could.
