My granddaughter and I felt like we were an inconvenience to the staff. No smiles, no welcome, just what do you want. We won't go back.
This place was okay! Very minimal communication or hospitality efforts, but I asked for a gel manicure and got one, so I suppose I got what I asked for. I did want extra length out on and she didn’t ask and just proceeded without it or asking any questions about what I wanted, so that was a bit disappointing. All in all a very okay experience.
Got a mani-pedi at the request of my wifey and it was SOOOO relaxing. The nail technician was very skilled, fast and efficient.. I’d highly recommend Luxy nail spa!
