This is the best house I've ever lived in. really such a comfortable can’t found any best more in shepparton !
I recommended this house to someone who love big house and quiet place. This house have the big backyard for rest. Just a bit far from town around 5 mins driving. Anyway Steven is the house owner. He's so kind and helpful to the renter. I'm really happy to stayed in 9 Cooloola Pl. I hope you guys enjoy to stay in this house same as me. ; )

Was pleasant stay in this house. The landlord, steven; was so kind and compassionate. No wonder people usually stay > a year here.
I lived in the best share house. The landlord took great care in maintaining the property, and the environment was very comfortable. Each room had a TV and air conditioning. The landlord was very concerned about the safety of the tenants, with security cameras outside. If there was anyone suspicious, the landlord would notify everyone. A truly great landlord.
