I reached out to Luxxor Limousines at 4:18pm on Dec. 20, 2025 for a "family Christmas lights ride". I then continued to specify we needed a vehicle for our family to go see Christmas lights. While we DID have a couple of hiccups along the way, they eventually were resolved. Nick the driver was friendly and they were able to get a Sprinter van there in about 1hr 15 minutes from the time I got off the phone of scheduling. I then continued to specify we needed a vehicle for 4 adults and 5 children to go see Christmas lights at Santa's Rock N Lights in Des Moines. I also let them know that this was a gift for our family in Des Moines and we are NOT from the area or familiar with it. Our family booked a Sprinter Limo for a Holiday Lights Tour. The booking process was very easy and the reservation staff were very helpful in answering questions. The company provided excellent communication from confirmation of booking to notifying us when the driver was on the way for pickup. Our driver, Greg, was very knowledgeable on the best neighborhood locations for light viewing and made certain that we had time to take in all the lights. Greg was very kind and professional. The bus was beyond clean and comfortable and our driver Greg got us around town with no hiccups. The party bus for Xmas lights will be on our list of traditions going forward!
Greg was the best! It was a busy weekend for lights and he was more then accommodating to make it fun. Great experience
