I had an appointment with SJ, and it was a fantastic way to start looking for my dream dress. She is patient, and listens to every single thing about the dresses to provide suggestions. SJ has brought an element of joy to the experience with her humour and would recommend her and Luxx Nova to anyone. 🥰
Ameneh was absolutely amazing. So helpful, so enthusiastic, so thorough. I felt so cared for during my appointment. Hands down best service of the day for me! She was amazing!!
The boutique is beautiful and Sara-Jane was so fun, knowledgeable and helpful to work with! She really listened and pulled dresses I loved that I wouldn't have thought to try on on my own. Truly a great experience!!
I was recommended to Luxx Nova after my sister-in-law found her dream dress here in a few years back! I went to a few other dress shops around the city and my last stop was Luxx Nova. They welcomed me and my bridal party with open arms. The experience felt very fun and relaxed and also informative. Editing to add: Luxx Nova threatened me with legal action after I posted my original review. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of dress I received. — I am extremely disappointed by the Vetta wedding dress I purchased for ~$3500. The back fabric was my absolute favourite part of this dress.
