I enjoyed the pedi; it was very relaxing. I didn't appreciate how much the nail techs pushed upselling. In addition, there were only 2 working. They said everyone else quit because the owner isn't paying them. The place also wasn't as clean as I was hoping. Will not return.
I’ve been a loyal customer at this nail salon for a long time, but after my experience yesterday, I don’t think I’ll ever be going back. I called ahead to make an appointment, and they told me to just come in. When I arrived, the salon was empty, so I asked for a deep nails service and a pedicure. They did my pedicure, but not with the best attitude. Then, someone else started working on my nails.
